The abbreviations are shown in the order of: week theme / day theme / accent

Strokes
bc = freestyle
bws = best competition stroke
es = own stroke
ps = stroke of the peak contest
rc = back stroke
ss = breaststroke
sws = worst competition result
vl = butterfly
ws = medley

Training intensity
A = aerobe
An = anaerobe ( 0 to 3 in increasing intensity)
Anv = anaerobe power
AnC = anaerobe capacity
S = sprint

Distances
KA = Short (25 to 125 metres)
MA = Medium distance (150 – 400 metres)
LA = Long (400+ metres)
