You can train multiple times a week at Plons. The training times are schematically shown in the table below. For the current training times please have a look at the Agenda.

Friday training
The training on Friday is split up into two sessions of 45 minutes. There is a separate technique training (trimzwemmen) and a spearate competitive training. Members are only allowed to attend one or the other. The two groups change each year as follows:
- Friday technique training: Each even year from 20:00-20:45 and each uneven year from 19:15-20:00
- Friday competitive training: Each even year from 19:15-20:00 and each uneven year from 20:00-20:45
Swimming at other clubs
Besides the above training times it's also possible to swim with the Haagse Watervrienden on Thurday from 19:15-20:15 in the Hofbad. You don't need to pay anything extra to attend this training. It is important though to register under you own name and as a member of Plons. The contribution invoice you receive every month from our treasurer can be used as identification that you're a member of Plons.
