A number of rules of conduct apply within Plons in order to prevent cross-border behaviour by and between Plons executives, members and persons who are directly involved. See our Code of conduct for a safe climate for sport.

What is counted as cross-border behaviour?
Cross-border behaviour includes:

  • aggression and violence
  • discrimination
  • bullying and exclusion
  • sexual harassment and abuse
  • match fixing
  • doping use

The following people are included as executives: board members, committee members, trainers, supervisors, etc. Those directly involved include supporters, partners of executives or members, employees of a swimming pool and officials at competitions.
